James has devoted his career to providing market and economic insights to financial advisors and institutional investors. Having worked with thousands of advisors across the country, he has a deep understanding of the challenges they face in helping clients position for long-term trends.
James is also passionate about the role of technology in financial services. He has designed and built several data-driven, digital capital markets research technologies over the course of his career.
Previously, he was a Global Market Strategist with JPMorgan where he helped to develop the Guide to the Markets. Prior to this, James was a Partner at Copia Capital, a hedge fund in Chicago. He appears regularly on CNBC and in the financial press.
In his spare time, James enjoys all activities involving food. He lives with his wife, kids and golden retriever in New York City.
James is a CFA charterholder. He earned an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
Matt is passionate about working with wealth and asset management firms to grow their businesses by helping resolve distribution, marketing, and technology challenges.
Prior to joining Clearnomics, he worked with EQIS Capital Management as Chief Distribution Officer, and prior to that was head of the Registered Investment Advisor and Personal Investing businesses at OppenheimerFunds.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing and coaching basketball, and spending time with his family. He lives with his wife and 4 kids in Massachusetts.
He has a BS in marketing from Providence College and has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation.
Scott has nearly 20 years of experience working with financial advisors and asset managers. He is deeply committed to serving advisors with the insights and content they need to grow their practices and deepen client relationships.
Prior to joining Clearnomics, Scott was the Global Head of Content Strategy at Morningstar Wealth where he created content programs and go-to-market strategies that address the challenges of financial advisors.
In his spare time, Scott enjoys adventure, travel and sports. He has run marathons in five continents, including Antarctica and on the Great Wall of China. He and his wife live in New York City.
Scott holds Bachelor of Business and Master of Wealth Management degrees from leading Universities in Australia.
